Ultra-high pressure hoses are high-pressure resistant hoses composed of an inner rubber layer, a steel wire reinforcement layer, and an outer rubber layer. The reinforcement layer uses a high-strength steel wire winding structure, and the inner and outer rubber layer materials are mostly polyoxymethylene (POM) or polyamide (PA).
The HF series miniature high-pressure hose assembly (pressure measuring hose, pressure measuring device) has a maximum working pressure of 64MPa. It is used in hydraulic systems to test the pressure at various points and serves as a conduit for fluid media. This hose assembly is used in conjunction with pressure measuring point connectors and features advanced structure, reliable sealing, secure crimping, compact size, light weight, and ease of use.
